SPIRITED GOURMET FRUIT DIP | |
1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 3/4 c. pineapple juice 1/4 c. Galliano 1 egg, beaten 1 tbsp. butter 1 c. heavy cream, whipped Combine sugar, flour, pineapple juice, Galliano, egg and butter in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Let cool completely. Fold in whipped cream. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Serve with fresh fruit. |
