6 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 c. boiling water
1 c. molasses
1 c. sugar

Chill and roll dough out. Cut out with cookie cutter. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
