BAKED CHUCK ROAST 
1 roast
1 envelope beefy onion soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place roast in roasting pan with lid. Sprinkle onion soup on top of roast. Spread mushroom soup on top of that. Add vegetables that you like. Cover and bake 25 minutes per pound or until to your desired doneness. You are about 5 to 10 minutes in the kitchen and then you are done. It makes its own gravy.
