CHUCK'S BAKED CORN BEEF 
corn beef brisket
pickling spice
aluminum foil

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Lay a large sheet of aluminum foil out on the counter-top. Place the corn beef brisket on top of the aluminum foil. Sprinkle generously with the pickling spice. Wrap the corn beef up tight with the aluminum foil. Wrap it up again with another sheet of aluminum foil.

Place in a baking pan and bake at 325°F for 3 1/2 hours.
