UNCLE CHUCK'S HUGE BAKED ZITI 
1 lb. ziti
1 lb. Ricotta
1 lb. grated Mozzarella
2 lg. cans whole tomatoes
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning1/2 tbsp. dried parsley
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 pkg. Italian sausage
3 lb. ground beef
1 sm. can tomato paste

Stew tomatoes, paste and spices 30 minutes. Mash. Meanwhile, cook ziti and drain; also brown and drain ground beef. Boil sausage two minutes in pan and then pour off water and fry until brown. Slice. Mix all cooked items together. Add cheeses. Place in baking pan. Can be covered and frozen. Bake, covered with foil at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Feeds 30.
