CECILIAN MEAT ROLL 
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. tomato juice or V-8
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 lb. lean hamburger
8 thin slices ham
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine first 8 ingredients. Add hamburger; mix well. Flatten hamburger into 13 x 9 x 2 casserole dish. Layer ham on top of the hamburger. Sprinkle cheese over ham. Roll both ends to form a log and seal edges.

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/4 hours.
