GOURMET CHICKEN | |
1 env. onion soup mix 1 c. uncooked rice (not instant) 4 chicken pieces (3 lb.) 1/2 tsp. each salt, garlic, paprika & pepper 1 can cream soup, chicken, celery or mushroom 1 1/2 c. water Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 12 inch pan. Put dry soup mix on bottom of greased pan. Cover with rice; top with chicken pieces. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Mix soup with water. Pour all over. Cover with foil for the first hour. Bake 1 1/2 hours. |
