SHRIMP GOURMET 
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 can of sliced mushrooms (1 c.)
2 tbsp. of chopped onions
2 tbsp. of butter
1/2 a tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. of flour
1 can of cream of shrimp soup
Patties shells or rice
1/4 c. of cooking sherry

Cut the shrimp in half. Cook mushrooms and onions in butter until tender. Add flour. Add soup and cook until thick stirring constantly. Then add sour cream, pepper and the shrimp. Add cooking sherry, serve over pattie shells or rice.
