TURKEY WITH GOURMET FLAIR 
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. processed white rice
1 env. onion soup mix
2 c. water
2 c. cut up cooked turkey or chicken

Melt butter; saute rice, stirring until golden brown. Add soup mix and water; stir. Simmer covered for 20-25 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Add turkey; cover and heat through. Serve with coconut, chopped peanuts, raisins, or chutney if desired. Yields 6 servings.
