GOURMET TURKEY 
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. water
1 c. minute rice
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 c. cut up chicken or turkey

Melt butter, saute rice, stirring until golden brown. Add soup mix and water. Stir. Simmer covered 20 to 25 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Add chicken or turkey, cover and heat through.
