TEXAS STEW 
1-2 lb. stew meat
1 lg. onion
4 lg. potatoes (cut in half)
Fresh carrots
1/2 c. corn
Celery
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes (with bell pepper & onion)
4 tbsp. picante sauce (mild)
Salt & pepper
Parsley & fresh chives

Brown meat in crock pot with onion, parsley, chives, celery, salt and pepper. Cook on low setting for 1 hour. Add potatoes, carrots, tomato sauce and tomatoes. Cook most of the day on low setting. Twenty minutes before serving turn setting to high add corn. Serve hot.
