CROATIAN HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. ground veal
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. paprika
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine the veal, pork, onion, paprika and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Knead the dough well until all the ingredients are mixed. Roll the meat mixture into a loaf and slice the loaf into patties. Place the patties on an outdoor grill over hot coals. Grill until the outside is a dark brown and the inside is well done. Serve with chopped onions.
