FRUIT PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. sugar
Fruit: peaches, bananas (dipped in lemon juice), pears, strawberries or apricots

Combine flour, butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar for dough. Pat into 11 x 14 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. For filling, mix together cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and sugar; spread on cooled crust. Slice fruit and arrange in layers.

GLAZE:

1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
