FRESH FRUIT PIZZA 
3/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in flour. Press mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of a 12 inch round pizza pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool completely.

FILLING:

1 carton (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. honey

Soften cream cheese and beat with yogurt and honey until smooth. Spread on cooled crust. Cover and chill.

FRUIT TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Assorted fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, bananas, peaches, nectarines, raspberries)

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in juices. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Cool. Meanwhile, slice and arrange fruit on top of filling. Pour juice mixture over fruit. Chill covered pizza until served.
