FRESH FRUIT PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/4 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together; press onto baking sheet or 12 or 14 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or a little less. Cool.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Combine and blend until smooth. Spread on cooled crust. Layer next with fresh fruit or cooked fruit. Spread over top of filling and top with glaze. Strawberries are extra good.

GLAZE FOR STRAWBERRIES:

1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
1 c. water

Cook until thick; cool and spread over strawberries.

GLAZE FOR OTHER FRUIT:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange or pineapple juice
1/4 c. water
1 lg. tbsp. cornstarch

Cook until thick. Cool spread over fruit.
