FRESH FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together well and chill. 1/4 c. light brown sugar 1 c. flour 1/4 c. quick oats 1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts Fruit suggestions: kiwi, strawberries, canned pineapple, orange slices, etc.

Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Press dough onto lightly oiled baking pan, forming a rim (pizza pan). Prick with a fork, bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, then spread milk mixture evenly. Top with fresh/canned fruit. Chill and serve.
