FRESH FRUIT PIZZA 
1 tube sugar cookie dough (found in the refrigerator case at grocery)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chilled whipping cream
Fruit of your choice - strawberries, apricots, blueberries, grapes, peaches, apples, oranges, raisins, kiwi
1/2 c. apple or red currant jelly

Spread cookie dough evenly on a 12-inch ungreased pizza pan. Bake according to package directions. Cool. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, in a small bowl on low speed until smooth. Add whipping cream; beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Spread over crust to within 1/4 inch of edge. Arrange fruit on top. Heat jelly in a small saucepan until melted, brush over fruit. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Always a big hit! Even at breakfast!
