FRESH FRUIT PIZZA 
1 yellow cake mix
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs

Mix 1/2 of the cake mix with water, butter, sugar and eggs. Fold in remainder of cake mix and nuts. Spread over two 12 inch lightly greased pizza pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.

Mix well: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Spread on top of cooled crust. Add fresh fruit of your choice. Dribble warmed apricot preserves over fresh fruit. A very good and light dessert.
