FRESH FRUIT FONDUE 
1 c. skim milk
1 envelope (2 1/2 c. servings) reduced calorie custard mix
1/4 c. Cool Whip, thawed
2 tsp. freshly grated orange peel
2 c. strawberries
12 each large green & red seedless grapes

Heat milk to simmering point in saucepan. Add custard mix and cook, stirring constantly until dissolved. Remove from heat and cover. Refrigerate until slightly firm, about 30 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and orange peel. Pour into serving bowl and surround with fresh fruit. Use fondue forks or toothpicks for serving.

Per serving: 52 calories, 2 grams protein, 1 gram fat, 11 grams carbohydrates, 27 grams sodium, 0 grams cholesterol.
