FRESH FRUIT FONDUE 
Makes 8 servings. Fondues are fun for all. This delicious version is a wonderful indoor or outdoor dessert.

1 c. skim milk
1 env. (two 1/2 c. servings) reduced-calorie custard mix
1/4 c. thawed frozen dairy whipped topping
2 tsp. freshly grated orange peel
2 c. strawberries
12 each lg. green and red seedless grapes

In saucepan heat milk to simmering point; add custard mix and cook, stirring constantly, until powder is dissolved. Remove from heat, cover, and refrigerate until slightly firm, about 30 minutes.

Fold whipped topping and orange peel into chilled custard and pour into a serving bowl; surround bowl with fresh fruit and use fondue forks or toothpicks to dip fruit into fondue.

Each serving provides: 1/2 Fruit Exchange; 1/4 Milk Exchange; 5 calories Optional Exchange.

Per serving: 52 calories, 2 g protein, 1 g fat, 11 g carbohydrate, 27 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol.
