FRESH FRUIT FONDUE 
1/4 c. softened butter
1 1/2 c. half & half
1/4 c. white flour
1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. orange zest, finely grated
1 tsp. lemon zest, finely grated
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/2 c. orange flavored liqueur
Fresh fruits, canned "firm" fruits, chocolate squares, marshmallows, pound cake cubes, etc.

In a heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour. Slowly add half & half; stirring until smooth. Add sugar and fruit zest. Stir in cubed cream cheese until melted. Add liqueur.

Pour mixture into fondue pot and warm thoroughly. Once warmed, turn down temperature to low and serve with your favorite fruits and goodies!
