SHELL AND CUCUMBER SALAD 
1 cucumber, peeled & thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. pimiento, diced
1 tsp. dill weed
1 med. onion, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lg. sea shell macaroni
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. vinegar
Tomato wedges (opt.)

In medium bowl, combine cucumbers and onions. Sprinkle with salt. Let set 15 minutes, then blot dry with paper towel.

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and cool. Stir in cucumber mixture.

Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, pimiento, vinegar and dill weed. Pour over the shell mixture and stir gently. Chill. Garnish with tomato wedges, if desired.
