SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. shrimp
1 1/2 c. rice
1 stick butter
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped

Melt butter; mix all ingredients, pour into a large casserole dish. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
