FRUIT GELATIN TOSS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry-banana flavor gelatin (sugar free can be used)
3/4 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water (peach liquid can be substituted)
16 oz. can dark sweet cherries, chilled and well drained (1 1/2 c. seedless
grapes can be substituted)
16 oz. can sliced peaches in its own juice, chilled and well drained

Spray 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with Pam. Dissolve gelatin in medium bowl with boiling water. Stir in cold water (or peach juice). Pour gelatin into greased pan; cover and refrigerate about 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until well set. Cut gelatin into 1 inch cubes. Just before serving, combine gelatin cubes, cherries, and peaches in bowl and toss.
