GELATIN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) can Milnot

Combine gelatin and pineapple in heavy saucepan. Heat over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in cheese until it blends well. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and cranberry sauce. Chill until mixture starts to thicken. Blend in Milnot. Pour into prepared mold (8 cups) or flat dish (7 x 11 inches). Chill several hours or overnight.

Variation: Any red gelatin may be used instead of cranberries. Use 1 (16 ounce) package frozen strawberries.
