ENGLISH SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 c. mashed potatoes
Sm. amt. of milk, butter & sour cream
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 lg. sliced carrot
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
Pinch of seasoned salt, pepper, paprika & thyme
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mash potatoes with a mixture of milk, butter and sour cream until they are light and fluffy.

Brown beef with onion, carrot and mushrooms and drain off grease. Add seasoning, cubes, 1 cup water. Simmer covered for 20 minutes. Thicken with flour and water. Pour in casserole dish and spread mashed potatoes completely over meat. Brown in broiler until potatoes are lightly browned.
