VEG - ALL CASSEROLE 
3 cans Veg-All, drained
2 cans water chestnuts, sliced
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. juice, from vegetables
1 stack Town House crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Stir first 6 ingredients together and place in a long baking dish. Crumble crackers over top of mixture; then pour melted butter over top of crackers. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly.
