SWEET AND SOUR MOSTACCIOLI SALAD 
1 box mostaccioli, cooked and cooled
1/2 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Dijon mustard (must use)
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 bunch green onions and tops, all chopped
1 unpeeled thinly sliced cucumber

Coat noodles with oil. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix and combine with noodles. Stir every 10 to 15 minutes for first two hours. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. *Recipe from my friend, Chris Reuber.
