MOSTACCIOLI 
8 oz. mostaccioli noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
garlic salt to taste
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Sauté onions in oil until golden. Add ground beef and brown. Add tomato sauce, salt, garlic salt, pepper and bay leaf. Simmer for 25 minutes.

Place cooked noodles into lightly greased casserole. Add meat mixture and 3/4 of the cheese. Blend well. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake 30 minutes at 325°F.
