Onion soup mix

Peel and wash 1 medium potato per person. Slice and layer on a large piece of aluminum foil. Dot with butter and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Close foil around potatoes and bake at 350 degrees until tender, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
