SHIRLEY'S SWISS SCRAMBLED EGGS 
2 c. bread cubes (crusts removed)
3/4 c. milk
8 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
8 slices fried bacon, crumbled
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Add milk to bread cubes; soak 5 minutes. Cook eggs in 2 tablespoons butter, as for scrambled eggs, add to soaked bread. Turn into greased 9" baking dish. Top with Swiss cheese then bacon. Brown bread crumbs in butter. Top casserole. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. May refrigerate overnight before baking.
