SHRIMP COCKTAIL 
2 c. lettuce, shredded
1 lb. boiled shrimp, peeled & chilled
3/4 c. Zippy Cocktail Sauce
Lemon wedges

Arrange lettuce on individual serving plates. Top with chilled boiled shrimp; drizzle with Zippy Cocktail Sauce before serving. Garnish with lemon wedges. 4 to 6 appetizer servings.

ZIPPY COCKTAIL SAUCE:

2/3 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 to 3 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot sauce

Combine all ingredients, stirring until smooth. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Yield: 1 cup.
