SWISS ROLL-UPS 
1 pkg. (6) frozen patty shells (defrosted)
1 1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese (or Cheddar)
3 tsp. chopped chives
Butter, melted
Grated Parmesan cheese

Roll each patty shell out to measure 6 inch square. Sprinkle about 3 tablespoons cheese over top and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon chives. Roll up 3 times, jelly roll fashion, tuck in the ends. Place on teflon baking pan, seams down. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan. Bake 400 degrees for 25 minutes (until tops are golden brown). Cut in half with a serrated knife and serve warm. Serves 6. Can be made ahead and reheated.

Serve with soups or salads.
