SWISS CHICKEN & HAM ROLL-UPS 
1 1/2 c. coarsely ground, cooked chicken
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 green onion, thinly sliced
6 slices boiled ham
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. dairy sour cream or yogurt
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Paprika

In mixing bowl, combine chicken, 1/3 cup soup, and onion. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture on each ham slice and roll up. Secure with wooden toothpick, if necessary. Spread rice in shallow 1 1/2 quart microwave dish. Place roll ups on top of rice. Mix remaining soup with sour cream and milk. Pour over ham rolls. Microwave on high for 8 to 9 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
