CHICKEN AND HAM ROLLS 
6 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
3 oz. thinly sliced ham
6 thin slices of Provolone cheese
3/4 tsp. sage
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. butter, melted

Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness. Top each piece with ham and Provolone. Sprinkle with sage. Roll breasts up like a jelly roll and secure with toothpicks.

Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Dip chicken rolls in melted butter and then roll in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken rolls in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.

Makes 6 servings.
