CROCK POT SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
2 c. catsup 2 c. gingerale 30 to 40 frozen meatballs or homemade meatballs (see recipe below) Combine catsup and gingerale in crock pot. Add meatballs, sauce should cover all meatballs. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, medium 6 to 8 hours, or high 4 to 6 hours. HOMEMADE MEATBALLS: 3 lbs. ground beef 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or oatmeal 2 tbsp. parsley 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 3/8 tsp. pepper 3 eggs 1 c. milk Combine all ingredients and form into balls. |
