SWEDISH PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 20 oz. can crushed pineapple 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix ingredients in order by hand. Pour into ungreased, unfloured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick tests dry. Ice immediately. ICING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 stick butter 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. chopped nuts Cream and mix well. Spread on cake. |
