FRUIT KUCHEN 
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 c. flour
Fruit - any frozen, fresh or canned

TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
(Cinnamon & nutmeg sprinkled over the topping)

Blend sugar, butter, salt; add egg then flour. Spread dough in 7 x 10 inch ungreased pan. Pat 1/2 way up the sides of pan. Arrange fruit over the dough. Top with mixed topping and then sprinkle on the cinnamon and nutmeg over all. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes then decrease heat to 350 degrees and bake about 30 minutes more.

Use 1 1/2 recipes for a 9 x 13 inch pan; 2 recipes for a 10 x 15 inch pan. Can be served warm or with whipping cream or ice cream.
