STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pt. fresh strawberries (if using frozen strawberries decrease sugar to 3/4 c.)
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. melted butter
2 egg whites
Graham crackers

Sprinkle the bottom of a 9x12 pan with crushed graham crackers. Combine butter, flour, brown sugar and nuts. Spread in pan over crumbs and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees, stirring occasionally.

Beat egg whites, white sugar, berries and lemon juice until stiff peaks form (10 minutes). Lightly fold in whipped cream. Spread over cooled flour mixture in pan and sprinkle 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs on top and freeze.
