STIR FRY AND SAUCE 
3 to 4 tbsp. sugar
3 to 4 tbsp. vinegar
2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce

Seasons 4 servings of stir-fry.

Optional: 1 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger 1 to 2 cloves chopped fresh garlic Crushed red pepper to taste

Simmer meat (beef, chicken, pork) cut into bite sized pieces, in this sauce for about 20 minutes; add chopped fresh vegetables such as: any greens; cabbage; turnips; green onions; snow peas; yellow onions; broccoli; cauliflower; be creative. Peach or plum jam may be substituted for sugar.
