FLANK STEAK MARINADE 
1 1/2 lb. flank steak, scored
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 c. salad oil
1 green onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients, except steak. Pour sauce over steak and marinate in glass or plastic pan 4 hours, turning occasionally. Charcoal 4 minutes per side for medium rare. Slice very thin diagonally.
