SMOKED SALMON PATE' 
1 lb. can salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash Tabasco or 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
Chopped nuts
Parsley, paprika

Drain salmon and remove skin and bones. Flake and combine next 7 ingredients. Chill several hours. Decorate with chopped nuts and parsley or paprika. Serve with crackers. Preparation: 10 minutes. Serves: 16-20.
