SMOKED SALMON SPREAD 
2 c. smoked salmon
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Flake salmon and mix with other ingredients. May be shaped into ball or log and rolled in chopped pecans or parsley. Wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
