LINDA'S BRAN MUFFINS 
5-6 c. Raisin Bran
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
6 tsp. baking soda
6 tsp. salt
1 c. wheat germ

Mix Raisin Bran, flour, sugar, soda and salt. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk and mix well. Stir in wheat germ. Fill muffin tin half full and bake in 400 degree oven 15-20 minutes or microwave 1:10 at #7.

Keeps in refrigerator 6 months.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
