CHICKEN WITH POTATOES AND PEAS 
2 (3 oz.) skinless boneless chicken breast
1 c. peas
1 c. diced potatoes
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 c. water
1/8 tsp. thyme
1 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. chopped celery
1 bay leaf
Pepper to taste

Heat skillet, add onions and potatoes, stir over medium heat, add remaining ingredients except chicken and peas - bring to boil. Lay chicken in sauce, cover heat - cook about 12 minutes. Uncover, add peas - cook 5 minutes.
