MEXICAN RICE CASSEROLE 
Cook 1 cup regular rice without salt. Mix together with:

2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
2 c. chopped cooked turkey or chicken

Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350 degrees. 8 servings.
