BOBBIE'S FAMOUS CINNAMON ROLLS
In large bowl combine: 3 packages yeast, 2 cups warm water and 3/4-1 cup either sugar, brown sugar, molasses or honey and 2 teaspoons salt. Mix together, then add 3/4 cup butter, butter or shortening, egg (1-4 depending on how many you have, approximately 3 cups of liquid (milk or water), then add enough flour to be able to stir with a spoon. When it becomes too stiff, dump onto a very floured board, add flour until it kneads real well. Knead for a few minutes. Grease a large bowl, plop dough in and then turn it over so dough is greased. Let rise until doubled (about 1 hour in a warm oven with a towel over it). Take dough out and punch it down. Put onto a large floured counter. With rolling pin, roll in a large rectangle. Spread rectangle with 2 cubes butter.

Spread rectangle with 2 cubes butter. Sprinkle a 1 pound box of brown sugar on top. Then sprinkle on cinnamon (I like lots!) and walnuts too for a special treat. Now, starting at the long side, roll rectangle up. Cut cinnamon rolls approximately 4 inches wide and place in a greased pan close together 1-2 inches apart. Let rise in warm oven approximately 30-40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Ice while still warm.

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and little milk. Make a paste, ice, serve and enjoy - muy bien!!!
