COLE SLAW 
SLAW:

1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) cabbage
1 green pepper
1 lg. onion
1 lg. carrot

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Pepper (to taste)
4 fat pinches celery seed
2 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Coarsely grind or shred cabbage, onion and green pepper. Finely grind or shred carrot.

Dissolve sugar in vinegar. Add salt, pepper and celery seed. Mix in mayonnaise. Blend thoroughly. Toss well with vegetables. Refrigerate and allow flavors to blend. Toss again before serving.
