CONFETTI COLESLAW | |
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt 2 tbsp. buttermilk 2 tsp. grated yellow onion 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. caraway seeds 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. dill weed 3/4 c. coarsely shredded green cabbage 1/2 c. coarsely shredded red cabbage 1/4 sm. green pepper, in 1/4 inch strips 1/4 sm. red (sweet) pepper, in 1/4 inch strips 1/2 sm. carrot, grated In large bowl, combine yogurt, buttermilk, onion, mustard, sugar, caraway seeds, pepper, and dill weed. Add cabbages, peppers, and carrot. Toss well. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serves 4. 30 calories, 1 g fat, 1 mg cholesterol, 57 mg sodium. |
