CAULIFLOWER SLAW 
3 c. coarsely shredded raw cauliflower
1 c. coarsely shredded red radishes
1/4 c. red onion (minced)
4 tbsp. low-fat or non-fat mayonnaise
4 tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Fried dill weed or minced parsley

Combine cauliflower, radishes, onion, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper, sprinkle with dill. Makes 4 servings, 55 calories each. Spoon slaw over fajitas or use as a garnish on spicy barbecued beef sandwiches.
